AGC厚度控制系统

        系统采用先进的电液伺服控制技术,由液压压上或压下油缸提供能源,根据压力反馈信号、测厚信号和位置反馈信号对其进行伺服控制,同时辅助以张力、速度控制,轧辊倾斜、工作辊正负弯辊控制等多种控制方式,有效地实现了轧制带材的厚度精度和板型精度。系统组成及其工作原理说明:厚控装置为双闭环控制系统,内环为位置控制环(APC)或压力环(AFC),是厚控系统的核心控制环节,其输出控制的是轧辊的实际辊缝或轧辊之间的实际压力。该环节可以独立工作,即实现恒辊缝或恒压力轧制。
       外环为厚度控制环(AGC),其输出信号用来修正位置环的辊缝设定值或压力环的压力设定值,通过液压伺服控制,使轧辊快速动作,以达到迅速消除厚差的目的。

       The system adopts the advanced electro-hydraulic servo control technology, provides energy by hydraulic pressure or pressure cylinders, and conducts servo control according to the pressure feedback signal, thickness measurement signal and the position feedback signal, with the help of tension, speed control, tilt roll, work roll positive and negative roll bending, and a variety of control methods to effectively achieved thickness accuracy and precision of the plate rolling strip. The system components and working principles are as follows: the thick control device is the double-loop control system, the inner loop is the position control loop (APC) or the pressure control loop (AFC), which is the core control link of the thickness control system. The actual output controls the actual pressure between the actual rolls or roll gaps. This step can work independently, to achieve constant roll gap or constant pressure rolling. The outerloop is the thickness control loop (AGC). Its output signal is used to correct the roll gap settings of the position loop or the pressure settings of the position loop. Through hydraulic servo control, the roll can be in quick action to achieve the purpose of the rapid elimination of thickness difference.
